We use several types of pepperoni and our sweet Italian sausage looks more like a meatball than the skimpy meat you see on some of our competitors’ pizza. Most importantly, we use real, fresh cheese from Wisconsin and Iowa, not the cheese-like substance found on many delivery pizzas.
